El monto del deposito se deducirá al saldo del servicio. Cliente debe completar los formularios y preguntas antes de su cita para poder crearle un expediente. CANCELACIONES : si tiene que cancelar su cita, tenga en cuenta que el deposito no es reembolsable ni transferible a otra persona. Puede re agendar su cita 1 vez con un limite de 2 semanas , notificándolo 72 horas previas a la cita del servicio. En el caso de no notificar a tiempo o cancelar a tiempo, se le cobra el monto total del servicio. Si desea otra cita debe volver a agendar una cita y pagar un nuevo deposito. ¡ SIN EXCEPCIONES ! Cliente debe llegar a la hora de su cita , 10 min tardes se le cargan $25 por tardanza debido a que se afectan las demás citas. 15 min tarde se cancela la cita y se le cobra el monto del servicio. Mantenga una comunicación con la profesional para un mejor servicio. No se aceptan niños en el lugar del servicio. No se aceptan menores de 18 años sin autorización de los padres. Acompañante mayor de edad puede permanecer en la sala de espera. Metodos de pago al SALDO pendiente : Restante puede pagarse en efectivo , cashapp , zelle , apple pay , tarjeta de debito o credito. Si el cliente presenta alguna condición médica, deberá presentar un documento de autorización emitido por su médico. El cliente tiene hasta 1 mes para obtener dicho documento y entregarlo para reagendar su cita sin costo adicional, de lo contrario se cobraría el costo por cancelación. Eventos fuera del Spa ; ( Orlando , Atlanta , Puerto Rico ) son bajo la responsabilidad de el profesional y el paciente. El establecimiento alquilado para el evento privado no es responsable por ningún daño o mala práctica causada a raíz del evento. The establishment rented for the private event is not responsible for any damage or malpractice caused as a result of the event.
